Ordering Info: We do not currently have a shopping cart. The easiest way to order would be e-mail us at jstephan@aol.com include the part #s and your mailing and UPS address. We will calculate S&H and notify you of availability. We accept PayPal, Checks, Money Orders, or you can call or fax us with your Visa or MasterCard #. Our phone # is (608)452-2045 and our fax is (608)452-2046. Shipping Info: We ship both USPS and UPS For larger items we will ship truck freight collect. All international orders go USPS when possible Some items are to large to go US Mail so they may have to go UPS which can be very expensive to some countries. We will do our best to accommodate any shipping requests. Such as 2nd day air next day air, etc. We charge very reasonable S&H charges, but we do have costs associated with packaging an item, but we do not gouge on S&H like some companies do. On packages shipped USPS insurance is optional. Returns: Returns must be done within 30 days of purchase. We must be contacted prior to any return. Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item do NOT send it back to us. If the package is seriously damaged refuse delivery. If the damaged was concealed contact the carrier and us immediately to start the claim procedure. |
